Viewing next page of Email

To view your next 25 email (or whatever number you have set to display) in WebMail, go to the upper right hand corner of your browser and you will see this:

Upper Right Hand Corner of WebMail

This tells you which set of email you are looking at (currently 1 through 25) and the total number of email you have in that folder (860). The buttons to the right of these numbers help you navigate through the different pages of email. Starting from the left, the first button brings you all the way back to your first email. The second button takes you back one page (in this case it will take you back 25 email). The third button takes you forward one page. And the last button on the right takes you all the way forward to your last page of email.

Changing Number of Email seen per page

When you first login to WebMail you will see that only your first 25 email are listed for you. This is a default feature of WebMail and can be modified to your liking. To modify this, click on "Options" in the lower left hand corner of your browser:

Clicking on Options

This will bring up different options you can adjust to make WebMail easier to use. Scroll down to the section labeled "Messaging Options." The first item under this is "Number of items to display per page:". To modify this number, click on the drop down menu and select the number you wish to use. Once you have selected, click "Save and Close" at the top of the screen.

Selecting Messaging Options

Your inbox should now display the new number of email per page. An easy way of telling is looking in the upper right hand corner of WebMail. There you will see it showing Items 1 to (the number you just set) of (number of email in that folder).
